Shipping

When placing an order, you can choose shipping with DHL or PostNL. For Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Landsmeer, Muiden, or Almere, shipping is free, and we will deliver your order personally.

For locations outside these areas, your package will be delivered via PostNL for €4.25. Orders over €40 qualify for free shipping.

Returns and refunds

We understand that sometimes you may want to return a product. Please note that cosmetic products cannot be for hygiene reasons.

If you have an allergy to an ingredient, we are happy to work with you to create a customized product that suits your needs.

In the event of any damages during shipping, we will issue a full refund for that product.
